Charlie DeFelice brings more than 35 years of senior executive leadership to 2C Construction Group, spanning global business transformation, technology, operations, finance, sales, and large-scale organizational change.

Before founding 2C, Charlie held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Freddie Mac, Salesforce, and Z Sphere, and served as a senior consultant to U.S. government organizations including the Intelligence Community and FHA/HUD. His work has included managing global mergers and acquisitions, leading enterprise transformation initiatives, developing business and technology strategies, and working with executive leadership across some of the world's largest organizations.

From 2020 through 2025, Charlie served as COO and EVP of Global Sales at Z Sphere. In 2026, he founded 2C Construction Group to apply that experience in transformation, execution, and scale to a new model for resilient residential, commercial, and community construction.

Ray Curry brings more than 25 years of construction experience to 2C Construction Group and leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's construction work, with a focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and successful project delivery.

His experience spans complex construction environments including high-rise structures, bridges, oil fields, power plants, and sports stadiums. Ray has managed large-scale construction projects valued at up to $50 million, giving 2C significant practical experience in coordinating demanding projects across multiple sectors.

At 2C, Ray helps translate the company's resilient-building vision into the construction planning, site coordination, assembly, execution, and delivery required to turn that vision into completed structures.

Experience matters. Attribution matters too.

2C is a new company.

The people, systems, suppliers, technologies, and relationships behind it bring experience that predates the 2C name.

We believe those distinctions should be clear.

When we discuss previous projects or experience, we will identify whether the work was completed by 2C itself, by members of the team in prior roles, or by companies and partners whose capabilities contribute to today's solution.

That transparency matters when you are deciding who to trust with a building.
